Light Weight: only one-ninth of the weight of steel pipes and one-tenth of the weight of copper pipes.
Tolerance with Heat: When the working water temperature is 70ºC, it can be used for a long time, and the water temperature for short-term use can reach 90ºC, and the softening temperature is 140ºC.
Long Service Life: The service life of PP-R pipes is up to 50 years at the rated operating temperature and pressure.
Corrosion Resistance: Except for a few oxidants, it can resist the erosion of various chemical media, will not rust, corrode, breed bacteria, and has no electrochemical corrosion.
Thermal Insulation: Due to the low thermal conductivity of PP-R materials, PP-R pipes have good thermal insulation performance.
Small Expansion Force: Due to the small elastic modulus of PP-R materials, the expansion force generated by temperature changes is small.
Small Flow Resistance: The inner wall of the pipe is smooth and will not scale. The water flow capacity is more than 30% higher than that of metal pipes of the same specifications.
Strong System Connection: PP-R pipes are connected by hot melt connection.

Guangxi Nancai Pipes Co., Ltd was founded in May 2012. The company is located in Pingguo Industrial Park, Guangxi, China. Pingguo City is located in the southwest of central Guangxi and the east of Baise City. The Industrial Park is located in the west of the urban area and on the south bank of Youjiang River, with a superior geographical location. Our production facility covers an area of more than 33 acres and a construction area of 100,000 square meters. It reached large-scale production capacity in October 2012 with an annual output of about 50,000 tons. The second stage of the production facility started in May 2019 and was put into operation in April 2020. The company is specialized in the production of Nancai brand PVC, PE, PP-R and other plastic pipe products.
