PVC-U Insulated Electrical/Power Cable Sheathed Pipe

Nancai Rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) insulated electrical sheathed pipes are available in three models: light, medium and heavy, with 6 specifications, applicable for different purposes. The light model is suitable for open laying, while the medium and heavy models can withstand pressures of more than 750N and 1250N respectively, so they can be installed openly or hidden inside concretes without being damaged by pressure. At the same time, considering the particularity of the product's use, flame retardants are added to the formula to ensure product safety and reliability during service life. The product itself does not contain any plasticizers, so there is no hidden danger of attracting insects and rodents due to its special smell.

Compression resistance: medium-sized conduits and heavy-dized pipes can withstand pressures of 750N and 1250N respectively, so they can be installed openly or concealed in concrete without being damaged by pressure.
Impact and heat resistance: During concrete pouring, the pipe can withstand normal impact, and will not soften and deform under the impact of concrete coagulation.
Flame retardant: With a high oxygen index value, the pipe is protected from burning, and even so the flame will not spread.
Corrosion and insect resistance: The pipe is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and has no odor that attracts insects and rats, so it is free from insect pest.
Insulation: In a water-immersed environment, AC2000 and 50HZ will not break through the pipe, and it has excellent insulation performance, so it can effectively prevent accidental leakage and electric shock.
Convenient construction: The pipe is easy to cut off. The corresponding special spring inserted into the pipe below D32, then can be bent to the angle as required at room temperature.
