High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe

PE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. It has many excellent properties, and one of its major application purpose is water supply pipe. PE pipes are widely used for water supply due to their high strength, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable connection, hygiene and non-toxicity. They are ideal materials to replace traditional steel water supply pipes and concrete pipes.

Lightweight: The density of polyethylene is 0.95, which is lighter than water. Its specific gravity is 1/8 of cement pipes, and construction is convenient.
No Leakage: The pipe adopts a patented design of a flexible socket connection with a sealing ring, which is easy to construct, highly safe, leak-free, and has a lower cost.
Corrosion Resistance: Polyethylene is a chemically inert material that can withstand corrosion from most chemicals.
Impact Resistance: PE materials have good impact resistance and will not break brittlely when impacted by external forces.
Cold Endurance: PE materials have good endurance under low temperature and can be used safely in temperature range of -40~40°C.
Settlement Tolerance: PE corrugated pipes have good flexibility, excellent accommodation to foundation settlement, and engineering value.
Ultraviolet Endurance: The outer wall of PE corrugated pipes is added with a certain amount of carbon black, which gives it excellent endurance with ultraviolet radiation.
Wear Resistance: PE material is a wear-resistant material with a wear resistance of 4 times that of steel pipes and a long service life.
Non-Toxic: PE material is a sanitary and non-toxic material. There is no toxic gas emission during combustion, and no risk of white pollution.
