PE is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. It has many excellent properties, and one of its major application purpose is water supply pipe. PE pipes are widely used for water supply due to their high strength, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable connection, hygiene and non-toxicity. They are ideal materials to replace traditional steel water supply pipes and concrete pipes.
Corrosion Resistance: Polyethylene is an inert material that can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemical media, has no electrochemical corrosion, and does not require an anti-corrosion layer.
Good Water Flow: The inner wall is smooth, the friction coefficient is low, there is no scaling, no bacteria, and the medium-through performance is high.
No leakage: PE water supply pipes are mainly connected by fusion (hot-melt or electric fusion) and socket connection. Compared with rubber ring joints or other mechanical joints, there is no risk of leakage caused by joint distortion.
High Houghness: PE water supply pipe is a high-toughness pipe with a breaking elongation of more than 500%. It has a strong adaptability to uneven settlement of the pipe base and is also a pipe with excellent seismic resistance.
Excellent Flexibility: The flexibility of polyethylene allows PE water supply pipes to be coiled. For non-grooving construction, the direction of the PE water supply pipe can be easily changed according to the requirements of the construction method.
Scratch Resistance: It can effectively avoid the occurrence of accidents such as material stress concentration caused by scratches in the water supply pipe system and pipeline damage.
Impact Resistance: PE pipe has good toughness and high impact resistance. Heavy objects can directly press over the pipe without causing any damages.
Good Construction Performance: PE pipe is light weight, has simple welding process, convenient construction, and low overall project cost.

Guangxi Nancai Pipes Co., Ltd was founded in May 2012. The company is located in Pingguo Industrial Park, Guangxi, China. Pingguo City is located in the southwest of central Guangxi and the east of Baise City.
